Description

The Tramroad bridge over Skewen Cutting on the Tennant Canal is a high rubble stone structure featuring a segmental arch with tooled voussoirs. The bridge's abutments and parapet curve outward at the ends, with the parapet having renewed concrete copings. Additionally, a battered revetment is present on the southwest jamb of the arch. The flat deck, designed for a single track, is constructed with concrete.
