Description
This is a bridge over the Tennant Canal, located north of the former Mines Royal Copper Works. It is constructed of rubble stone, with some blocks made of furnace slag. The bridge features a single segmental arch made of sandstone voussoirs. The parapets are also made of rubble, topped with slag coping blocks. The roadway has been infilled with concrete and raised approximately 60 centimeters above the parapet copings. The slag copings on the eastern side have a quarter-round profile.
