Description
12 Dulais Fach Road is a one-and-a-half-storey former coach house built from snecked sandstone, featuring dressed quoins and segmental-headed openings with brick dressings and small-pane glazing. The hipped roof has projecting eaves and stone stacks located on the left side and right of the center. The roof has been renewed with synthetic slates.
To the right of the central panelled door, there is a two-light casement window and further to the right, a ventilation strip. On the left side of the doorway, there is a fixed-pane window, a two-light casement, and a doorway at the left end that has a replaced glazed door. Gabled roof dormers with two-light casements are positioned to the right and left of the doorways. Attached to the left end is a lower gabled extension made of snecked stone, which is owned by Dulais Fach. A later brick wall is connected to the right end. The right end wall features a wide segmental-headed former carriage entrance that has had French doors inserted.
The building has not been inspected.
