Description

11 Succoth Avenue is an earlier 18th century, two-storey, three-bay former coach-house that has been converted into residential accommodation. The building features grey harl with sandstone dressings.

On the north elevation, there is a modern doorway set in a segmental-arched former carriage entrance, with a flat-roofed dormer that breaks the eaves above. There are no windows to the right, while the left side has a small window at ground level and a larger window on the first floor.

The south elevation showcases long and short quoins and stone skews, with a slightly advanced pedimented bay at the center that includes a tripartite window at ground level and an oculus above.

The windows are timber sash and case with small-pane glazing. Modern glazed doors are present on the east and west elevations. The roof is covered with graded grey slates and features two ridge stacks.
