Description

Earlier 18th century. 2-storey 3-bay former coach-house, now converted to residential accommodation. Grey harl with sandstone dressings.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: modern doorway in segmental-arched former carriage entrance; flat-roofed dormer breaking eaves above. No windows to right; small window to ground and larger to 1st floor to left.

S ELEVATION: long and short quoins and stone skews to slightly advanced pedimented bay to centre with tripartite window to ground and oculus above.

Small-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Modern glazed doors to E and W elevations. Graded grey slates. 2 ridge stacks.
