Description

Later 19th century with considerable alterations. Single storey and attic L-plan former coach house, converted to single dwelling. Dressed red sandstone rubble with cream sandstone dressings.S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: irregular 7-bay; segmental-arched openings at ground. 2-leaf doorway at centre with rectangular window to immediate left and coach lamp to

right; rectangular window to centre left bay, carriage arches to remaining bays; 1st floor windows breaking eaves with piend-roofed dormerheads; outer bays single storey with piended roofs.

W ELEVATION: single storey wing with 3 windows; brick lean-to to N.

N ELEVATION: irregular rear elevation with variety of small windows.E ELEVATION: blank.

Timber sash and case windows to original windows, plate glass casements to carriage arches. Grey slates, pantiles to W wing; several rooflights; ashlar coped skews; small stone apex stack to E.

INTERIOR: completely refurbished 1995.
