Description
This building at 13 Manse Road in Milnathort was constructed around 1815. It is a two-storey, three-bay house with its gable facing the main road. The first floor is tall, and there is a deep attic storey with an unusually deep space between the lintels and the eaves. The exterior is made of coursed squared rubble with ashlar dressings. The central porch is harled and appears modern. There is a blocked doorway that has been converted into a window on the roadside, and a lean-to structure on the opposite gable. The rear elevation also features three bays. The windows are mostly small-paned sashes, with full-size attic windows in each gable head. The house has end stacks and a dormerless slated roof.
