Description

This is a 2-bay railway bridge located on the northeast side of the Railway Tavern. It is constructed from coursed hammer-dressed sandstone and features round arches. Above the arches, there is a thin coping, but the original parapet, likely made of iron railings, is now missing. The battered abutments are splayed outwards and support an embankment. Originally designed to carry a double broad-gauge track, the bridge currently accommodates a single track.
