Description
The lock and overbridge at Neath Canal Depot is a structure featuring coursed stone walls and flat stone copings. At the eastern end, there is a concave brick wall with an integral sluice, which has been raised to create a dam for the water further east. The western end contains the partial remains of two lock gates. Above the western end of the lock, there is a renewed bridge that has a stone parapet and concrete decking.
