Description
The West farmyard range at Bryn-rhos is an outbuilding constructed from rubble stone and topped with a 20th-century tin-steel roof. On the left side, there is a stable featuring a door situated between two windows, while the barn on the right has a broad opening flanked by two vent loops. All openings have cambered heads made with stone voussoirs. The stable windows have been blocked in the 20th century. The south end wall displays a blocked dovecote, which has a round opening in the center surrounded by a ring of raised stone, along with six small blocked openings arranged in a hexagon with a shelf below. The end gables are additions, showing a difference in stonework. The rear of the building has a blocked cart-entry to the barn on the left, with a vent loop on each side, and there is a corrugated-iron lean-to on the right. The interior is not available for inspection.
