Description
The lychgate to the Church of St Paul is built into the wall of the churchyard. It features a hipped stone slate roof with gablets on both the church and road sides, adorned with pierced cruciform decoration. The miniature collar-and-tie-beam roof includes an arched-braced collar purlin and tie beams supported by stone corbels on the side walls. Each side wall has two Gothic lancets with splayed sides. The entrances are framed by wooden arches, and there are low wooden gates.
