Description

Block 12 at the Barracks is a three-storey building with a 12-window facade facing the Parade Ground. It features a hipped slate roof, ashlar chimney stacks, and projecting eaves. The exterior is constructed of grey stone laid in regular courses, with a band at the first floor sill level. The ground floor is rusticated, and there is a plinth. Doorways are located in the third and eighth bays from the left. The building has twelve-pane horned sash windows.
