Description

This is a two-storey house with an attic located at the rear of 1 Wheat Street. The exterior is finished in stucco and topped with a slate roof. It features a gabled dormer window and has two 12-pane sash windows on the first floor, each with moulded stuccoed architraves. On the ground floor, there is a pair of 12-pane sash windows alongside a doorway that has an architrave, a cornice supported by consoles, and a four-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above it.
