Description

Pont Sticill, also known as Pontsticill Bridge, is a single span river bridge featuring a slightly asymmetrical segmental arch. It is constructed of stone rubble with dressed stone voussoirs and a keystone. The bridge has a low parapet with flat coping, which is defined by a string course on the outer face. The approaches and abutments are splayed and tiered to the southwest. There has been some unsympathetic rebuilding of the northern parapet and repointing.
