Description
This is a three-storey building located at 9 Lion Street, constructed with cement render. It features a coved eaves cornice and a roofline that is continuous with the adjacent building at No 8 on its right. The façade is accentuated by giant pilasters, a moulded band on the first floor, a rusticated ground floor, and a plinth.
On the second floor, there is a modern casement window in each end bay. The first floor has a window on the left consisting of a pair of 12-pane horned sashes, while on the right, there are two 12-pane horned sashes. The ground floor features a central doorway flanked by pilasters and topped with a triangular pediment. On either side of the doorway, there are tripartite sash windows without glazing bars.
