Description
This is an early 18th-century aqueduct, carrying the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal over the Afon Crawnon. The aqueduct is constructed of rubble sandstone, featuring a single round arch. The abutments at either end are splayed outwards. A plain stone parapet sits on the north (towpath) side. An outflow channel from the canal is inserted above the arch on the south side.
