Description
The granary at Castle Farm is a Grade II listed building made of rubble stone that has been painted white and features a Welsh slate roof. It has two doorways with timber lintels at either end and a small central window on the ground floor, which is cambered arched and includes voussoirs, two mullions, and metal bars. The ground floor has a part brick floor, and there are steps on the left side leading up to the granary, which has a plank door. This granary, along with the courtyard range that is at right angles and the side wall of the house, creates a side courtyard for the house, while the barn range opposite forms a front courtyard. The building was not inspected during the survey on December 3, 1997.
