Description
The cow-shed range at Ty Fry is an outbuilding constructed from rubble stone and topped with asbestos-sheet roofs. It is a single-storey structure featuring a steep roof and nine cambered-headed openings with stone voussoirs, consisting of four windows and five narrower doors arranged alternately. To the left, a cross-wing projects and includes a cambered-headed loft opening with stone voussoirs in the gable end. There is a plank door with cover strips on the ground floor to the right, which has a concrete lintel, and a blocked window located to the left of the centre. The side wall at the angle to the cow shed has outside steps leading to the loft door. The opposite right cross-wing also features outside steps to the loft door in the angle, but its gable end is open and clad with corrugated sheet material in the upper part.
