Description
The Minister's House, located next to the Tabernacle Baptist Chapel, is a small, double-fronted house built from squared but uncoursed red sandstone rubble, featuring dressed quoins and heads around the openings. It has a Welsh slate roof and a central entrance. The entrance consists of a plank door, flanked by two-light windows that have a moulded central mullion. These windows are currently shuttered and glassless because the house is unoccupied as of May 1997. On the upper floor, there are two small wooden casements with cross frames. The roof has a low pitch with a tiled ridge and square gable stacks. The gable wall is plain, and the rear wall is blind, with the stair window obscured by one of two small extensions that likely serve modern sanitary facilities. The interior was not available for inspection during the resurvey in May 1997.
