Description
This is an attached former minister's house to Bethel Chapel, constructed from rubble with a continuous old slate roof. The house section is two stories high and features squat end chimneys, with the one on the right, between the house and the chapel, made of rendered brick and decorated with weather-coursing. The central entrance on the southeast side has a recessed modern door. Flanking this entrance are four-pane casement windows, with additional windows located under the eaves, although the one on the left is modern. The left gable, which faces the inclined lane, has another door to the left, two windows on the ground floor to the right, and a modern window on the first floor.
The chapel section is continuous with the house and has a tall recessed and boarded door to the left, with a plain light above it. To the right, there are two tall eight-pane sash windows, and two similar windows on the right gable, which features deep verges and plain bargeboards.
The interiors were not accessible during the inspection in January 1995.
