Description
Ty'n-y-Llwyn is a single-storey building with a D-shaped design, constructed from rubble and topped with a semi-conical old slate roof. It features a two-section chimney, with the upper part being a brick addition, and has a plain cornice. On the flat rear side, there is a central blocked entrance that includes a datestone with the initials RW V AM, representing Robert Williames and Anna Maria Vaughan. To the right and left of the entrance are plain-glazed windows, along with a recessed boarded door that has a rectangular light above it. The front of the building has two small flush four-pane casement windows, which flank a blind cross-loop. At the time of inspection in February 1995, the building was undergoing roof repairs.
