Description
Bethel Chapel is a building constructed of rubble with a continuous old slate roof. It features a two-storey house section with squat end chimneys; the chimney on the right, located between the house and the chapel, is made of rendered brick and has weather-coursing. The central entrance is on the southeast side and has a recessed modern door. Flanking this entrance are four-pane casement windows, with additional windows under the eaves, although the window on the left is modern. The left gable, which faces the inclined lane, has another door on the left, with two windows on the ground floor to the right and a modern window on the first floor.
The chapel section has a continuous design and includes a tall recessed and boarded door on the left, with a plain light above it. To the right of this door are two tall eight-pane sash windows, and there are two similar windows on the right gable, which features deep verges and plain bargeboards.
The interiors were not accessible during the inspection.
