Description

The cowshed at Barley Mount is a building constructed from whitewashed rubble stone and features a slate close-eaved hipped roof. It consists of a single long range that likely originally had five doors with stone voussoirs. A sixth door at the right end is full-height and may have been added later. Additionally, a concrete block milking parlour has been added between the first and second doors. The second, fourth, and sixth doors have been partially infilled to create windows.
