Description

The structure is a tall rubble stone retaining wall located to the west side of County Hall, which is part of the former Carmarthen Castle curtain wall. The wall features curved angles at either end and has a cement coping. In the center, there is a taller section that includes a roundel blocked in rubble, along with a smaller roundel beneath it that has red brick dressings and is also blocked in brick. There is a pedestrian door with red brick dressings, a concrete lintel, and a 20th-century boarded door. To the lower section, on the far right, there is a cambered red brick head above a blocked opening.
