Description

Brodawel is a terraced house that stands two storeys high and features three bays. It has a slate gabled roof with flat eaves and rebuilt brick end chimneys. The front is roughcast with painted stucco dressings, including long and short quoins, a moulded plinth, and dressings around the openings. The windows are late 19th-century cambered-headed plate-glass sashes, which have pilaster sides and moulded cambered heads. The entrance features a moulded and fielded recessed door set within an ornate stucco doorcase, which includes panelled pilasters with Ionic capitals, two lion masks in the frieze above the capitals, and an overscaled cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
