Description
Clydfan is a mid-terrace house built in the mid-18th century. It has three bays and two storeys, with a slate gabled roof and red brick chimneys to the left and right. The eaves are flat and boxed. The front facade is painted roughcast with stucco dressings, including a moulded plinth, long and short quoins with rounded ends, and moulded string courses to both floors. These string courses are linked to moulded, keyed hoodmoulds above all the windows. The windows are twelve-pane horned sashes, and the central doorway has been replaced with a 20th-century glazed door. The interior has not been inspected.
