Description
Maenllwyd is a house constructed of colourwashed rubble stone with slate roofs and end stacks, featuring brick on the right side and stone on the left. It is two storeys high with a three-window front, which includes four-pane small sash windows; the upper windows are square, and there is a central boarded door. The ground floor openings have stone voussoirs, while the small square upper windows are topped with timber lintels. The roof overhangs at the gable ends, and there is an outshut at the rear.
To the right, there is a long single-storey range with a ridge brick stack, two four-pane sashes to the left of the stack, and a door with a small window to the right, where the first four-pane sash replaces a former door. To the left, a shorter single-storey range features three raking buttresses framing a window to the right and a door to the left. There is also a 20th-century extension to the left that includes two windows. The property has not been inspected.
