Description
Cartref is a two-storey house built of colourwashed rubble stone, featuring a slate close-eaved roof with end stacks. The left stack is made of yellow brick, while the right stack is whitewashed and rendered. The house has a long three-window range that is unevenly fenestrated. There are three large 12-pane sash windows located under the eaves, with the centre window having a slightly higher sill. On the ground floor, the left window aligns with the window above it, followed by a door that is slightly misaligned to the left of the window above. The right window also misaligns with the window above, and there is a second door at the extreme right. Stone slab lintels are present over the doors. The south end wall is made of rubble stone. The rear wall features a central 4-pane stair light, a tiny window just to the left, and a small window at the extreme left on the first floor. The property has not been inspected.
