Description

This is a section of a medieval town wall located behind the gardens of Nos 27 to 30, situated on a high embankment at the back of the houses on Blue Street. At the northern end, there is a projection that includes a garden wall extending around the rear wing of No 30. This feature may indicate the site of a square mural tower, possibly the former Wyriot's tower. The projection stands 4.3 meters high, with external measurements of 3.4 meters by 5.6 meters.
