Description
Bwlchau Limekiln is a single limekiln constructed from uncoursed limestone rubble masonry. It measures approximately 10 meters in width and about 6 meters in height. The front wall is straight, and there are two working areas, each featuring a semicircular outer arch, which are separated by a masonry pier. Each kiln working hole has a large stone lintel above it, with the masonry above being corbelled. The top of the limekiln is now covered by a path, and the interior diameter cannot be determined.
