Description
Pantyronnen is a house that likely originated in the 18th century and was raised and altered in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a slate roof and features yellow brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with windows that have cambered brick heads. The upper windows are four-pane sashes, while the lower ones are six-pane windows with opening top-lights, and there is a ledged centre door. There is a lean-to on the west end and a roofless outbuilding on the east end, along with an outshut at the rear.
Inside, the west end has a large fireplace with a massive timber beam and a late 19th-century cast-iron range. The interior also features hewn ceiling joists and wide floorboards.
