Description
Llety Ifan Ddu is a house built with colourwashed roughcast and features hipped slate roofs with rendered end stacks. It has an L-plan layout and is two storeys high, presenting a three-window front with 12-pane hornless sashes and slate sills. The building has a moulded timber eaves cornice with paired brackets on the front and right elevations. The central door is panelled and is set within a large trellis porch that has delicate detailing, mostly latticed, and a flat roof.
On the rear wall, there are small square windows on each floor to the left and a rear wing to the right. The wing includes a broad arched ground floor window on the left with Gothick glazing bars and a small square window on the first floor. The end wall features a 9-pane sash window under the eaves on the right and a large roughcast chimney, with slates extending across the base of the stack. The south elevation has two 12-pane hornless sashes and a 6-panelled door within a flat lead-roofed portico supported by simple columns and square responds.
The property is not available for inspection.
