Description

Ty'n y coed is a house built in 1820 by William Sumner. It features painted rubble stone construction with a slate roof and rendered end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range that is offset to the left. On the right side, there is a rendered strip that continues from the end gable. The upper floor has three 12-pane horned sash windows, while the lower floor has two larger 16-pane horned sash windows, with a 20th-century door situated between them. The house has stone voussoirs and stone sills. The end walls and the rear outshut are rendered, with a door and two 20th-century windows, including a 4-pane sliding sash in the right gable. The property has not been inspected.
