Stables and coach house at Brechfa House

The stables and coach house at Brechfa House form an L-shaped range of outbuildings, with the stable on the west side and a slightly taller coach house positioned at right angles on the south side. These structures are built of rubble and feature graded slate roofs, which include added skylights and swept eaves on both the stable and the rear of the coach house.

The stable has small-pane glazing that matches the main house, including a three-light window on the right and a half-glazed door in the center. The gable end facing the house has a single loft window, while the rear features a two-light window in the center and a smaller single casement window to the right.

The coach house includes a garage door on the left of center, which has replaced the original boarded gates. To the right of this door is a boarded door with an overlight, above which is a gable that contains a round-headed doorway and a socket for a pulley block. The rear of the coach house has a full-height doorway inserted in the center and a two-light casement window to the right. On the gable end facing the road, there is a doorway on the left (with the door removed) and a two-light casement window on the right.

While interior fittings have been removed, a fireplace remains in the rear of the coach house.
