Description
Berrisbrook Old Farmhouse is a two-storey building constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof featuring end stacks; the larger stack on the right is made of stone, while the left stack is blue brick. The farmhouse has a three-window range that is offset to the left. The windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, with the first floor windows being narrower. There is a ledged door, and the lower right window and door have painted brick heads, while the left window features original stone voussoirs. The upper window heads are located under the eaves, and there are 20th-century brick sills. The north end wall is roughcast, while the south end is whitewashed and includes a small casement window on the ground floor to the left. An added rear outshut has a door flanked by small windows in the south end wall, along with a brick stack at the rear.
