Description

Craig House is a semi-detached villa built around 1840. It features a painted roughcast exterior and a concrete tiled roof, with a rendered stack at the south end. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, showcasing 16-pane hornless sash windows with painted slate sills. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by a margin-glazed overlight, framed by a painted timber architrave. A Roman Doric shallow porch with fluted columns and a triglyph frieze adds to its architectural detail, along with a bracketed eaves cornice.
