Description
Brynio Fawr is a Grade II listed building constructed from colourwashed rubble stone and topped with a slate roof featuring stone end stacks, with the left end stack being very large and external. The building is double-fronted, consisting of one storey and an attic, and includes two sloping eaves dormers with 4-pane casements. On the ground floor, there is a four-pane sash window with a slate sill to the left, an off-centre door, and a small 4-pane sash window to the right with a rough sill. The end walls are whitewashed, and there is a lean-to at the rear.
Inside, the traditional features remain unaltered, showcasing a plank door, a slate floor, and a large fireplace beam in the left-hand room, along with an earlier 20th-century range and a bread oven. The interior also includes two heavy beams that are papered over and a third beam over a partition. A small enclosed staircase is located at the centre rear.
