Description
The barn at Llawhaden House is a building constructed of rubble masonry, featuring low-pitched hipped roofs that are slated with tile ridges. On the south side, there are tall double doors with a deep elliptical arch. The loft has three windows, which are half glazed and half boarded. There are smaller doors on the north wall, located within a later steel-framed lean-to. On the south side, towards the east, original external stairs lead to a quarter landing and the loft door, while the upper flight of stairs to the loft is located inside the building. The roof is supported by common collar-beam trusses, arranged in five bays plus the hipped ends.
