Description

20 Glyn-y-Mel Road is an attached house with colourwashed stone rubble walls and a slate roof. It features a stone stack at the left end and a shared rendered stack to the right. The house has a two-storey double-fronted elevation, with the upper floor containing two small 20th-century six-pane casement windows, where the upper two panes are top-hinged and positioned just below the eaves. The ground floor has two similar twelve-pane windows, both offset to the right of the upper windows, along with a central doorway that has a 20-pane glazed door from the 20th century. At the rear, the roof descends low over an outshut. The grouted cement roof and sash windows noted in the 1978 listing are no longer present.
