Description

This is a terraced house located at 2 Bridge Street, constructed with unpainted roughcast and featuring a slate roof. The house has a rendered left stack that is shared with No 4, a stone stack at the right end, and a third stack at the rear centre where an outshut joins the rear wall. It is two stories high with a three-window front that includes 20th-century plate glass sashes and a central half-glazed door set in a plain rendered surround. The ground floor sashes are larger than those on the upper floor. At the rear, there is an outshut, and an attached rubble stone garden wall incorporates a flight of steps leading down to the river.

Inside, the house has low ceilings with rough chamfered oak beams exposed.
