Coach house at Lancych

The coach house at Lancych is a lofted structure built from roughcast rubble stone, topped with a slate half-hipped roof, although some slates are missing. It features two large Tudor-arched coach entries located on the left and in the center, with cut Cilgerran slate voussoirs that have been partially exposed due to erosion of the roughcast. To the right, there is a 12-pane sash window and a door, both with similar voussoirs that are also partly exposed. The building includes two loft windows: one on the left with wooden boards and another on the right with a 12-pane design. A substantial rubble stone chimney is positioned to the right of the center.

On the left end, there are external stone stairs leading up to a loft door, which has slate coping. A rubble wall extends from the corner to a square pier at the front of the yard, while a curved section of rubble wall, part of a walled garden, connects to another rubble wall featuring an octagonal gate pier. Both piers are matched by piers attached to the building opposite. At the rear, there are dilapidated outside steps leading to the loft door, along with a ground floor door on the right that has stone voussoirs.
