Description
Tre-howell is a farmhouse constructed from cement washed rubble stone, featuring grouted slate roofs and stone end stacks. The main part of the building is two storeys high and has three windows, with 9-pane sash windows on the upper floor and 12-pane sash windows below, all with cambered heads. There is a centre half-glazed door set within a mid-20th century concrete porch. The ground floor windows have stone voussoirs and thin curved dripstones.
To the left, there is a low service wing with a large square rubble stone stack. This wing has a 20th-century door to the right and a small 4-pane window, both of which also feature stone voussoirs. The eaves on the left side have been cut back to create a concrete platform for an oil tank. The building has not been inspected.
