Description

The North Quay is a long quay wall constructed with squared stone. To the west of a masonry joint, the wall features more regular squared blocks, and the corner at the west end is accentuated with rock-faced sandstone quoins. The eastern part of the quay is made of rougher grey limestone squared masonry, located in front of the Cornstore. There are steps leading down to the water by a bridge.
