Description
This is an outbuilding located to the north of Cottesmore, which is listed as a Grade II structure. The building features stucco on the upper floor, which may be timber framed. The ground floor has red brick piers, with four on each side and three at each end, but the spaces between these piers are filled with rubble stone and covered in stucco.
On the eastern side, there are three square barred windows on each floor, while the western side has similar windows along with a door in the left bay. The southern end has one window on the upper floor and two on the ground floor. There are outside steps on the northern end leading to a loft door. Some stucco has fallen from the western side, revealing timber framing and timber lintels above the ground floor openings.
Inside, the ground floor has a slate floor and there are steps at the southern end leading up to the loft.
