Description
Mill House is a house constructed of pebbledashed rubble stone with a slate roof. It has three storeys and three bays, featuring renewed sash windows. The building has renewed brick stacks at both ends and a red brick eaves course with wooden brackets that were originally intended to support a gutter or deeper eaves. The upper windows are nine-pane and from the 20th century, while the main floors have 12-pane horned sash windows. The centre of the house features a four-panel door with an overlight, and there are cemented or concrete sills and a cement plinth.
To the left, there is a two-storey range with two windows on each floor, both having nine panes. To the right, there is a two-storey range with one window on each floor, featuring a 20th-century window. The house is said to retain some original fittings, including a timber dog-leg stair located at the rear of the hallway.
