Description

Pantgwyn Mawr is a house constructed of rubble stone, featuring a slate eaves roof and brick end stacks. The right end chimney was rebuilt in the 20th century. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 12-pane sashes, with some original hornless sashes and some that have been replaced. There is a 20th-century door in the center, with brick cambered heads and slate sills. The building has cut slate cornerstones and overhanging verges on the end walls. The left end has three ground floor windows with 20th-century glazing and brick heads, while the right end features a small 9-pane hornless sash window on each floor, located to the right in the end of an outshut. The rear of the house includes an outshut. The interior is not available for inspection.
