Description

Trem y Don is a two-storey villa featuring a three-window range. The building is constructed of rubble with dressed quoins and has a slate roof adorned with yellow brick stacks that have dog-tooth enrichment. On either side of the central doorway, there are storeyed canted bays. These bays have ring-moulded timber shafts at their corners and sashes with margin lights, along with mortared aprons on the first floor. The central doorway includes panelled cheeks and an overlight, although the door itself is not original. Above the doorway, there is a painted brick head, and the upper central window, which is also a sash with margin lights, has a similar painted head.
