Description

Awel y Mynydd is an early 19th-century house that has been altered. It features unpainted render on the front, a slate roof, and a squat stone chimney stack on the west side. The house is two storeys high and has a double front. On the upper floor, there are two hornless 12-pane sash windows, while the lower floor has two canted bays with 8-12-8-pane hornless sashes. These bays are positioned on either side of a four-panel door with an overlight above. The bays have rendered bases, moulded cornices, and hipped roofs. The door and upper windows have raised surrounds, and there is a scalloped raised pattern under the eaves.
