Description

St John's Well is marked by a small marble plaque inscribed in black lead capitals that reads: 'Under this stone is St John’s Well for many centuries the sole water supply of the inhabitants of Tenby'. The plaque is set within a gabled surround made of tooled grey limestone, which sits atop a rubble stone retaining wall.
