Description
The Memorial Clock Tower is a 20-foot (6 metre) high square tower constructed from rubble stone. It features a south-facing doorway and small side windows positioned at mid-height. The doorway is topped with a slab lintel supported by rounded corbels. Above this, there is a timber clock stage that displays a clock face on each side, which is flanked by louvred square panels. The tower is capped with an overhanging bellcast pyramid slate roof that has a lead finial. A plaque above the door indicates that the tower was built in memory of William, 4th Baron Kensington, who died in October 1896, by members of the Pembrokeshire Liberal Association.
