Description

The building is a village hall, originally a chapel, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone and has an asbestos tile half-hipped roof. The main facade is lateral, featuring two arched windows and a central porch. The arched windows have red brick detailing around the arches, contain four-pane sashes, and have fanlights above. Slate sills are present. The porch is a later addition, built of stone and gabled, with a ledged door. The left end wall has a large arched window that has been blocked, with a cambered-headed door below, both with red brick detailing. Later 20th-century additions are at the rear.
